    1. NPIP certification: The hatchery should be certified by the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP).

    2. ISO certification: The hatchery should have ISO certification, such as ISO 9001:2015.

    3. Animal welfare standards: The hatchery should adhere to animal welfare standards, such as those set by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
