    Some biosecurity practices for poultry include :

  • Location: Isolate the farm from other livestock, wild waterfowl, and domestic poultry.
  • Confinement: In commercial production, birds are often kept in total confinement with strict rules.
  • Clothing and systems: Use special clothing and shower-in and out systems.
  • Disinfection: Regularly disinfect areas.
  • Litter: Keep litter dry, around 20–30% moisture.
  • Ventilation: Provide good ventilation to dilute and remove microbes.
  • Cleanliness: Keep areas around feed bins and houses clean.
  • Spilled feed: Clean up spilled feed regularly.
  • Grass and weeds: Keep grass and weeds around poultry houses cut.
  • Used equipment: Remove used equipment and trash.

      introduce feet dip if there is non and ensure it been dis-infect reqularly
