  Here are some ways to have improved FCR and reduced feed cost, Keep efficient breeds. Try mixing whole grains with chicken feed. Ferment chicken feed. Raise active foragers. Feed them with table scrapes.Grow your own feed.Let your birds free-range. Don’t overfeed your flock.

  Sought for alternative feed materials that are not costly. Try prepare your feed by yourself instead of buying commercial feed that are profit driven.
