    1. Edamame Soybeans

    Use: Processed into soybean oil, soy protein products, or meal for livestock feed.

    3. Food-Grade Soybeans

    Description: Specially grown for human consumption.

    Use: Tofu, soymilk, soy sauce, miso, natto, and tempeh.

    4. Specialty Soybeans

    Includes varieties bred for specific characteristics, such as:

    High-protein soybeans: For protein-enriched products.

    Low-linolenic soybeans: To produce stable oils for cooking.

    Clear-hilum soybeans: Preferred for making soy-based foods due to better visual quality.

    5. Forage Soybeans

    Description: Grown primarily as animal feed or cover crops.

    Use: Grazing, hay, or silage for livestock.
