How can we cross check the capacity of pellet mill? Is there any thump rule or any calculations?

Divert the pellet stream from going to the cooler/drier and collect a 5 or 10 second sample – weigh the pellets – then convert to pellets per minute and finally pellets per hour and that is your production rate.

First time 10 second bypass pellet feed during pellet is run on optimum condition. Then you calculate per secon and per minute, hour then you can got your results Ton/ Hour
