Olamide in response to your question

Yes enzymes and prebiotics have been shown to enhance nutrient absorption and immune function in day old chick .

Proteases enhance protein digestion and absorption , reducing feed cost and environmental impacts

Prebiotics stimulate beneficial gut bacteria , enhancing immune function and nutrient absorption

Proteases generally work on the undigested portion of feed. Therefore, if you are working with highly digestible proteinaceous ingredients the contribution of protease to increase digestibility may be lower than expected. Remember, enzymes work on substrate. When substrate is low (i.e., high protein digestion) the substrate for a protease is reduced leading to reduced products (i.e., the effective nutrient matrix value of the enzyme).

Are you saying I can only use protease when replacing high-quality protein with cheaper, less digestible protein sources to maintain growth performance while lowering feed costs?
