Poultry disease can be diagnosed by observing symptoms gradually, performing a necropsy, or taking samples for laboratory testing.

Diagnosing poultry diseases requires a combination of observation, clinical signs, post-mortem examination, and laboratory tests. Here’s a step-by-step approach:
1. Observe Flock Behavior
Unusual lethargy, reduced activity
Loss of appetite
Decreased egg production
Isolation from the flock
Excessive pecking or feather loss
2. Examine Physical Symptoms
Respiratory Issues: Coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, swollen sinuses
Digestive Problems: Diarrhea (bloody, watery, or greenish), vomiting
Skin & Feather Conditions: Rashes, sores, swollen joints, feather loss
Neurological Signs: Tremors, paralysis, head tilting, circling
3. Check Droppings
Normal: Firm, brownish-green with white urates
Watery: Possible bacterial infection or heat stress
Bloody: Coccidiosis or Newcastle disease
Green: Newcastle disease or feed issues
4. Conduct a Post-Mortem Examination (if a bird dies)
Look for lesions, hemorrhages, swollen organs
Check for worms or unusual growths
Observe any abnormalities in the intestines, liver, lungs, and heart

You should specify on which of the poultry disease
