agrred with Dr Jeff.metabloic acidosis is not due to organic acids.

This an inability of birds to get rid of enough acids from their body In correlation with the acids produced due to ingestion of too much acidic substances leading to health issues.

Metabolic acidosis in broilers is a condition where the body of a broiler chicken produces too much acid or fails to eliminate enough acidic compounds, leading to an imbalance in the blood pH towards a more acidic state.
-
Metabolic acidosis occurs with an increased production or ingestion of organic acids, or excessive loss of HCO-3. Reduced efficiency of the kidneys to excrete H+ or to re-absorb HCO-3 can also result in acidosis.

Metabolic acidosis is not related to intake of organic acids

Acidosis means blood too acidic condition & imbalance acid-base levels

Metabolic acidosis in broilers is a condition where there is an excessive accumulation of acids in the blood due to an imbalance in acid-base regulation. This occurs when the body’s buffering systems fail to compensate for increased acid production or decreased acid excretion.
