Mycotoxins in poultry feed, such as aflatoxins, ochratoxins, and fumonisins, negatively impact poultry health by causing immunosuppression, liver and kidney damage, reduced growth, poor egg production, and increased mortality. Chronic exposure lowers feed efficiency and makes birds more susceptible to infections. To mitigate their effects, proper feed storage with low humidity and good ventilation, regular mycotoxin testing, and the use of toxin binders like clay minerals and yeast-based adsorbents are essential. Additionally, selecting mold-resistant grains, applying antifungal treatments, and maintaining strict feed hygiene help prevent contamination, ensuring better poultry health and productivity.<div>

Mycotoxins in poultry feed negatively impact health and productivity by damaging organs, impairing the immune system, and reducing growth and egg production, potentially leading to increased mortality.

Using high quality raw materials with low mycotoxin levels and multi toxin binder cum deactivation products will mitigate the negative effects of mycotoxins

Mycotoxins affect all poultry species, mainly causing severe immunosuppression. Its action of mechanism is based on enzymatic inhibition that reduces protein synthesis and consequently, the immune response. Mycotoxins that mainly affects immune systems of poultry are aflatoxins, ochratoxins & trichothecenes normally resulting in atrophy of bursa of faricius & thymus.

Health effects of mycotoxins are liver and kidney damage, poor growth and egg production and increased mortality.

    Preventing mold growth is necessary.

As well as we can use mycotoxin binders
