It’s generally recommended to wait at least 4-8 hours after returning to the poultry shed, especially after being in areas with potential for disease transmission like markets, before interacting with the chickens. This allows for any potential diseases or pathogens picked up to settle or die down before being introduced to the birds. Additionally, a thorough cleaning and disinfection of hands and any tools used before entering the shed is crucial.

It’s generally recommended to return to the poultry shed as soon as possible after being outside, ideally within the same day.

How about a situation where your marketer visit another farm for a marketing 🤝. Is it ethical for such staff to return to farm that same day?

Thank boss.
Such a marketer should observe strict biosecurity measures, by staying away from his farm after visiting another farm.
Furthermore, if need be, he should change all his wears after getting a good entire body wash with effective disinfectants.
