Points Management
While accruing points are not as important as the information gotten by engaging on this pod, it is important that the point allocation be detailed in terms of when and what type of engagements get points allocation. Sometimes, my contribution in terms of replies and discussions (or questions) do not get points, while some do. The dynamics or algorithm behind the point allocation system should be explained better.
This is also important so that the pod is not just populated with irrelevant engagements.
