Feeding in advance during the summer can be a useful management strategy, but whether or not you should do it depends on the type of livestock or poultry, climate severity, and feeding system.

Yes, during the summer or hot season, it’s a good idea to plan ahead and possibly feed in advance, especially for livestock or poultry.
Heat stress can make animals eat less, so feeding during cooler hours like early morning or evening helps

commercial feed millers have also adjust there feed to suit birds during the summer time and this differ across the regions.

If i get you right, feeding in the summer needs to be monitored to prevent feed waste..birds will still feed during the day but at low rate and feed more at night/midnight.
-
If it is layers try to feed the early in the morning and late evening e.g feed around 4 am by 9am they will be fine with little feed and more water then feed around 5pm in the evening

Can you elaborate or rephrase that question? for better understanding and better responses from all
