Major causes of egg drop in layers include diseases (especially EDS, IB, ND), nutritional deficiencies, environmental or management stress, lighting problems, and toxins. A drop in egg production often signals that something is wrong in one or more of these areas. Effective control requires prompt diagnosis, routine monitoring, and preventive management practices.<div>
