  Merits Induces strong immunity, allows multiple antigen delivery, and provides longer protection. In contrast, demerits are high cost, cold chain need, and possible interference with maternal antibodies.

  vector vaccine are more safer than the conventional vaccines as it has no reaction , side effects.

  it doesn’t interfere with maternally derived antibodies,

  long term immunity,

  multi diseases vaccines can be injected in a single shot,

  no shedding of virus.

  reduction of labor cost and stress to the birds.
