The Nigerian Soy Excellence Center (SEC) was established with a vision to support agriculture as the foundation for a healthy and growing Nigeria with soy as a solution for Nigeria’s protein need. We aim to increase protein production and improve soybean consumption in Nigeria both in human and animals.
We offer programs for employees in poultry, agronomy, and aquaculture production, and feed mill management across the industry.
Our aim is to:
- Promote a reliable, affordable, and high-quality soy and feed supply
- See meaningful growth and development in high opportunity protein sectors
- Prioritize key inefficiencies or challenges
- Overcome operational agribusiness issues

“The Basic Class was more like the entry level course that gave so much impact, it really wasn’t a talk show or a waste of time. After the basic training, I thought it wise to attend more of such programs organized by USSOY to attain a higher level of expertise in the poultry industry.”
“I came because I was invited by a friend to come and learn some techniques about farming and I tell you, in my over 20 years of farming, I am so thrilled by the information I am getting here. I feel like giving these organizers a clap.”
“In all sincerity, this training has opened my mind to so many things. The value of what we’re getting or what I’m getting is much more than the amount I paid and I’m really grateful for attending this training.
It is a wonderful training, it is all encompassing. I’ve added a lot of knowledge to what I already know and I am grateful for that.”
