How do you adjust formulation based on ingredient bulk density?

Adjust formulation by converting ingredient inclusion from weight-based to volume-aware terms: calculate mass per unit volume using measured bulk density and adjust dosing (kg or % of batch) so the correct mass of nutrient is delivered for space-limited feeders.
Also re-balance feed delivery settings (feeder screw speeds, hopper cut-points) and update the formulation software parameters to reflect actual bulk densities to prevent under- or over‑feeding. -
