Agree.
Focusing on quality feed and operational efficiency can significantly reduce complaints in several ways:
-
Improved Animal Health and Performance: High-quality feed is essential for optimal growth, egg production, and overall poultry health. When animals receive the right nutrients, the incidence of health issues decreases, leading to fewer complaints from producers regarding animal performance.
-
Consistency and Reliability: Efficient operations ensure that feed is produced consistently and meets quality standards. This consistency helps build trust with customers, as they can rely on receiving the same high-quality product every time.
-
Reduced Waste and Costs: By optimizing feed formulations and production processes, mills can minimize waste and reduce costs. This not only benefits the bottom line but also leads to fewer complaints related to pricing or product availability.
-
Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: When producers receive quality feed that meets their needs, they are more likely to be satisfied with their purchases. This satisfaction reduces the likelihood of complaints and fosters long-term relationships.
-
Proactive Quality Control: Implementing robust quality control measures helps identify and address problems before they reach the customer, further decreasing the chances of complaints related to feed quality.
In conclusion, prioritizing quality feed and efficiency not only enhances productivity and profitability but also leads to a more positive experience for all stakeholders involved in poultry production.

As a protectionist, 85% of my concern lies in the provision of both high quality (rich in available essential amino acid, free from micro toxins…,) and adequate feed. Once this aspect is addressed, I rarely find cause for complaint, as the paramount importance of efficiency in broiler production cannot be overstated.

Quality and efficiency are the two most important factors for the survival of an enterprise. Quality is essential, then efficiency. Only the quality in the first place, to ensure the efficiency of the implementation.
