Broiler Production: Lower Risk with Improved Corn & Soybean Meal

Genetics and nutrition are two ways that have always been responsible for improving broiler bird performances. From a nutritional standpoint, our focus on monitoring ingredient quality and the use of technological interventions to increase nutrient availability are of prime importance. The use of full fat soybeans in the diets of broilers have been popular for a long time. ExPress® (high-shear dry extrusion of soybeans, followed by mechanical oil pressing to partially de-oil the extruded full-fat soy) results in a unique soybean meal with greater digestibility of amino acids.

Objective: - Familiarize yourself with the benefits of this technology and the advantages it renders to broiler performances.

Instructions: Read the white paper, watch video to see how the ingredients are processed, and then take the quiz
