Aquaculture is the future, with the increasing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly food production, aquaculture number is expected to grow. The extruder is a versatile machine that can produce wide selection of feed, whether floating feed for fresh water fish or sinking feed for marine water fish. The production process will include grinding, mixing, extrusion, drying, coating, and cooling. In this session, we will focus on the extrusion, drying, and coating of the fish feed.

Speaker Bio

Mr. Albert Wang

Albert Wang graduated from National Taiwan Ocean University Food Science Department earning the title in Master of Science (Msc.) in 2014. In the same year he joined IDAH. During 10 years of working in IDAH, he has been trusted to work in Sales, Technical, and Marketing department. Yearly experience and communication with the Customer give him the knowledge in feed machinery and its operations. He has a strong background in science and used this science-based approach to deliver knowledge to Customer.
