Calcium, phosphorus, and salt are needed in the highest amounts. Calcium (which can be provided by limestone, oyster shell, or meat and bone meal) is especially important for proper skeletal formation, as well as for eggshell formation in laying hens.

In laying flocks, age and production level matters in deciding the nutritional requirements.
For instance, first 40 weeks should be handled carefully due to age, the last 40 weeks also due to production level.
The general requirements may be digestible amino acids like lycine, methionine; energy, Calcium, phosphorus etc.
All ingredients must be sourced for to avoid contamination and blend in as a balanced diet.

Additionally, the season of the year should be taken into consideration in deciding nutritional requirements in laying hens.
For instance, rain season or cold weather may require a little higher energy feed compared to hot or dry season for optimal performances.

Well said my brother.
Hardly do commercial feedmillers take into account the seasonal impact on layer productivity when formulating their feed.
