There must be biosecurity checks; to include all personnel and their clothing, disinfecting of equipments such as feeders/drinkers.
It is also important to ensure proper feed storage to prevent molds. To also ensure that feeds should be served as they were received i.e first come, first served.

Removed any identified sick birds within the flock.
Store feed in cool dry place
Don’t feed moldy feed to birds

By using good quality feed ingredients and proper storage of feeds to avoid contamination

2: disinfectant your sacks if your are using commercial feed mills
