    • Lack of adequate raw materials for feed production, ranging from maize ,soy bean , protein source ,bone meals fish meals etc

    • Lack of finances to purchase adequate mechanical equipment to enhance productivity of feed in the mill.

    • Insecurity, which is a real threat to farmers and scares them from cultivating these resources This results in d resources been available in little quantity and scarce.

    • High cost of crude which affects logistics and mobility of the feed to other locations.

    • Low manpower due to a lot of factors, the farmers are not able to pay fat salaries to their workers and as such many shelve from jobs of this tedious nature and low pay.

Manufacturing (industrial sector) is beset with inflation,
power outage, competition with imported goods, high cost of production,
transportation cost, foreign exchange issues, tax burden, and financing.
