    Some innovative approach to poultry processing is the use of the right equipment for the right purpose. The use of killing cone to properly bleed the birds which will improve the shelf life of the birds, use of Scalding pot, use of Defeathering Machine to make removing of the feather faster and easier, use of dressing table and likes. And also properly storing at the right temperature.

    Yes… Starving the birds will eliminate contamination. So it’s very important to starve them for at least 12 hours.

    Processing of chicken is important to it marketability, to promote the marketability, you need to improve the carcass quality, to improve the carcass quality, starve (fast) the birds for about 12 hrs prior to slaughter, this will improve the quality of the carcass.
