This will most likely be a hatchery issue as it is too early to start feeling deficiency of calcium within the first five days of stocking,next time call your vet and you may get good compensation from the hatchery.

If it’s the first five days , then that could be hatchery error, vitamin deficiency or over weight of the chicks.
