Instructor Bio

Dr. Arden Cruz Evangelista
Expert in Housing and Environment

Dr. Arden Cruz Evangelista was born on November 24, 1965 in 147 Malipampang San Ildefonso Bulacan Philippines.

He finished his profession on 1988 as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in Central Luzon State University, Munoz Nueva Ecija, Philippines and ranked 4th on the Veterinary Licensure Examination - 1988.

He worked for one year as a farm veterinarian before he joined in International Training Center on Pig Husbandry (ITCPH)on 1989 as a Training Specialist II. He got his training on pig breeding and Artificial Insemination technology on different breeding companies in The Netherlands. He also trained on pig housing design in the Netherlands and Korea.

After his stint in ITCPH, he worked as a technical manager in veterinary drug companies and eventually became a consultant of different piggery farms in the Philippines.

He setup his own farm – an integrated farm - as a demo farm to help small scale farmers.
