what is the solution to get rid of the Air pressure from hammer mill that hit on batching scale if any bulk bin is empty where the grinding is started. its because lines are air tight. we increased the filters, exhaust area for aspiration, but result less.

This is a very interesting questions and I have seen this happen. I do not have a good answer – however, one thing is to examine the design of your bin pack – if the bins are designed so that they share dust recovery by being interconnected at the top of each bin – if one bin is empty the negative pressure generated by the dust system will impact the scale reading. One thing to try is to always leave a certain amount of material in the bin, thereby keeping the screw-feeder under the bin charged so air cannot be exhausted creating a negative ‘pull’ on the scale.
