    Benefits of Soya:

    1. High-Quality Protein

    3. Heart Health

    Soy isoflavones (a type of plant estrogen) may help reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) and improve overall heart health.

    Some studies suggest soy may help prevent bone loss, especially in postmenopausal women.

    5. Menopausal Relief

    Isoflavones can mimic estrogen and may reduce hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms.

    7. Environmentally Friendly
