Uneven grinding is mainly caused by inconsistent feed particle size or moisture content and worn or damaged grinding plates/knives.
Other causes include improper machine clearance settings and uneven feed distribution into the grinder. -
Uneven grinding is mainly caused by worn hammers/screens, improper screen size, inconsistent feed rate, variable raw material properties (moisture/hardness), and poor aspiration, resulting in an irregular particle size distribution.
