Milling mixers are calibrated depending on factors like usage, the environment the mixer operates in, and specific customer or regulatory requirements, with some manufacturers recommending calibration every six months

Mixer calibration may vary widely depending on several factors, including type of mixer, application, and the required accuracy. Generally, annual calibration is a common starting point, but some applications may require more frequent calibration, such as monthly, quarterly, or even semi-annually, while others may be calibrated less frequently.

Mixers, like other measuring instruments, should be calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy. The frequency of calibration depends on several factors, including the type of mixer, its usage, and the criticality of the application. Manufacturers often provide recommendations, but factors like usage, regulatory requirements, and even the specific environment can influence the optimal calibration schedule.

If it is calibration,it should be done on daily basis.
But mixer maintenance like servicing of hugger, conveyor belt bearings etc,it should be done monthly for optimum performance.

it can be done weekly but if there is variance prior most be checked immediately.
