To ensure poultry feed shelf life, store it in a cool, dry, and dark place with good ventilation, keeping humidity below 60%. Use airtight containers or sealed bags, keep feed off the ground on pallets, and avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture. Follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to use older feed first and inspect regularly for mold or spoilage. Ideally, feed should be used within 2 to 4 months of manufacture to maintain nutritional quality.
