For Poultry Feeds 80-85 Degree centigrade as per formula specification.
For Dairy 65-70 . Depends major upon feed ingredients and particle size specifications as well.

Conditioning the feed mash can significantly enhance pellet quality. This process gelatinises starch in grains, making its crystalline structure accessible for enzymatic reactions. Consequently, nutrient digestibility improves at the animal level. Conditioning feed before pelleting is particularly beneficial for young birds (animals) with underdeveloped enzymatic systems, as they require highly digestible nutrients.

The optimal poultry feed pellet quality and broiler p[performance the ideal conditioning temperature during pelleting typically ranges from 68 dec to 85 dec

The ideal conditioning temperature for feed production depends on the type of feed, ingredients used and the desired pellet quality.
Livestock feed (Poultry, swine, cattle, goat e.t.c): 80-90°C (176-203°F)
Aquatic Feed (Fish e.t.c): 90-110°C (194-230°F)

In feed production, the ideal conditioning temperature depends on various factors, including the type of feed, the moisture content, and the desired nutritional outcomes.
Ideal Conditioning Temperature Ranges
1. *Pelleting*: 60°C to 85°C (140°F to 185°F)
2. *Extrusion*: 80°C to 120°C (176°F to 248°F)
3. *Expanding*: 80°C to 100°C (176°F to 212°F)

For optimal poultry feed processing and pellet quality temperature ranges from 75 degree to 85 degree.

78-80 Degree for poultry feed.
no more than 80 degree. If hot condition 80 then hot pellet become 85 degree.
