Homogenizers in feed milling are used to create uniform and consistent mixtures of feed ingredients. They work by reducing the size of solid and liquid particles, ensuring even distribution and stability in the feed. This process helps improve the digestibility and nutritional value of the feed, making it more effective for livestock consumption

its a machine that perform similar function like mixer but as limited capacity, liquid addition is been added in homogenizer depending on quantity of feed that entered i.e Molasis unlike mixer that liquid addition is once /per batch.

It’s a mixer that ensures homogeneous mixture of feed materials.

To ensure
1. Uniform mixing of all ingredients.
2. Consistent texture and nutrient distribution
3. Improve feed digestibility and efficiency
4. Improve pellet quality (PDI, hardness and physical appearance)
