Please pay attention to the fact that you should not overdo. There’s usually a thin line between hypo and hyper. And it takes some expertise to find the middle ground. In any case, if the diagnosis is right, you have the solution – calcium+phosphorus supplementation.

Calcium supplement will do with the right dosage, I don’t usually recommend self medication if you’re not experienced with it. You can take advice from an expert or a vet.
