You can’t do that please give them antibiotics first and when they are very well then you give multivitamins.

Yes, antibiotics and multivitamins can generally be administered together to broiler birds, especially during periods of stress, disease, or recovery. Administering multivitamins alongside antibiotics can help support the birds’ immune systems and overall health while mitigating some potential side effects of antibiotic use, such as loss of appetite or nutrient absorption issues.
However, consider the following:
1. Dosage and Timing: Follow the recommended dosages for both antibiotics and multivitamins as prescribed by a poultry veterinarian. Some antibiotics may have specific timing requirements to ensure efficacy.
2. Compatibility: Ensure that the antibiotics and multivitamins do not chemically interact negatively. Consult a veterinarian or a product datasheet if unsure.
3. Withdrawal Period: Adhere to the withdrawal periods for antibiotics to avoid residue in meat products.
4. Water Solubility: If administering via water, ensure that the products dissolve properly and do not clog the delivery system
