1. Optimal Milking Practices:
  - Frequency: 2-3 times/day (cows), 1-2 times/day (buffaloes)
  - Duration: 5-7 minutes per animal
  - Ideal intervals: 12-hour cycles for highest yield
2. Milking Methods:
  - Hand Milking: Traditional, requires skill (25-40L/day per worker)
  - Machine Milking:
    
    50-80 cows/hour per unit
    
    Vacuum pressure: 42-50 kPa
    
    Pulsation rate: 45-60 cycles/minute
