Coocidiosis in the deep litter system is quite nuisance. For the broilers u can rotate different coccidiostat at different times but for layers and breedes you neet to get immunity either through vaccination or through challange and treatmnet regime. Its very hard to say which medicine works at perticular time but u can use amprollium or amprollium mixed with sulpha or tolta depending on sensitivity.

There are many drugs used to treat coccidiosis in poultry, including amprolium, decoquinate, and monensin. The choice of drug depends on the type of coccidiosis, the stage of the parasite’s life cycle, and whether the birds are organic or conventional.

For coccidiosis in poultry, amprolium is a commonly used and effective anticoccidial drug, often administered in the drinking water, and is considered a drug of choice for treatment.
Is an anticoccidial drug that blocks the parasite’s ability to uptake and multiply.
