Tofu: A soft, smooth product made from curdling soymilk with a coagulant. Tofu is high in protein and B vitamins, and low in sodium.
Edamame: Whole, immature soybeans that are green in color.
Soy sauce: A dark brown, salty liquid made from fermented soybeans
Tempeh: A fermented soy product.
Soy sprouts: An unfermented soy product.
Soy nuts: An unfermented soy product
Soy milk: An unfermented soy product.
Natto: A fermented soy product.
